Odia cuisine has many side dishes and a green leafy stir fry or saga (sagaw according to pronunciation ) is a must while having an odia thali. And these saga dishes varies from season to season. Today I am posting about Radish leaves stir fry or mula saga. Here baby radish leaves are cooked with pumpkin and aubergine though aubergine is optional and ground nuts or peanuts, mustard seeds, garlic and red chilies paste. Because the radish leaf has a pungent taste , ground nuts paste really goes well it.
So , if you find any radish greens then do give it try and don’t forget to share your experience with me.
